More Indians shop online every year. IBEF says India had nearly 290 to 300 million online shoppers in 2025, and that the online retail market reached about US$ 80 billion in FY26, up 21% on the year before. Every store now competes with a longer line of rivals for the same buyers. Picking a digital marketing agency for ecommerce gets harder as that line grows, because the pitches sound alike.
This list gives you ten names to research. Margo Digitech publishes it and sits first, Transcurators sits second, and the other eight appear in Google results for this search. We read each company's own homepage, so every line below is what the company says about itself. New to the search side? Our ecommerce SEO guide covers it.

Which agencies make the list?
The order below is ours for the first two places and not a ranking for the other eight.
1. Margo Digitech
Margo Digitech says it builds strategy around ecommerce goals, not generic marketing playbooks. Its services page frames the work as running from traffic acquisition to retention, with goals such as increasing qualified traffic, improving conversion rates and building long-term customer loyalty.
It lists six services. Ecommerce SEO covers product and category pages. Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns put products in search results. PPC runs across search and display. Email and SMS go after abandoned carts and repeat purchases. Conversion work looks at store pages and checkout. Marketplace marketing covers Amazon and Flipkart.
Consider it if you want one team across those channels instead of three vendors. Ask which of the six it would start with for your store. Pricing isn't listed, but it offers a free ecommerce growth strategy as a first step. We publish this guide, so weigh our own entry with that in mind.
2. Transcurators
Transcurators is a content writing agency, so it won't run your ads or fix your product feed. It says it has written for 500+ brands, serving startups and enterprises, and describes 50+ writers and editors across multiple industries and niches.
Its homepage lists blog writing, SEO content writing, technical content writing and article writing, calls the company a content writing agency in Delhi, India, and says it follows Google's content standards. For a store, that means category descriptions, buying guides and blog posts that bring in search traffic.
It's a fit if your agency handles ads but nobody owns the words. Ask for samples in your category, who edits them and how it learns your brand voice. No rates are listed, though the site promises competitive rates and unlimited revisions until you're satisfied. Ask whether the contract limits those revisions.
3. Obelisk Infotech
Obelisk Infotech says it specialises in tailored digital marketing, including SEO, SMO, PPC and content marketing, and says it has 15+ years of experience. Its menu includes pages for ecommerce SEO and Shopify SEO.
It's one of the few on this list that prints numbers. SEO, PPC and social media marketing each start from $149 a month, and it says it serves clients in the USA, UK, Canada and UAE as well as India.
Worth a look if you want a published starting price before a call. Ask what the $149 plan includes for a store with hundreds of products, and how it prices ad spend versus its fee.
4. ROI Hunt
ROI Hunt calls itself your outsourced CMO for a fast-growing market. Its menu lists ecommerce marketing, Shopify website development, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, conversion rate optimisation and Amazon marketing. It says it tests more platforms regularly and plans media across them together. It also describes Google pay-per-click work paired with competitive keyword research.
Pick it if you want ads, email, WhatsApp and Amazon handled together, plus help building the Shopify store. Ask how it reports across all those channels, and who sees your numbers weekly. No prices appear on the homepage.
Want a plan to compare these against? Margo Digitech's free ecommerce growth strategy is one option.
5. Digital Marketing Players
Digital Marketing Players says it's a digital marketing agency in Delhi NCR, and that its team combines SEO, PPC, social media marketing and website development. It also describes content writers who work in both writing and SEO, and showcases a travel-business case study. On PPC, it says its services can increase sales, leads and conversions under the direct supervision of its experts.
It suits you if you want a Delhi NCR team and a general mix of SEO, ads and web work. The homepage doesn't mention ecommerce, so ask for store examples, product feed experience and what it reports on orders. No prices are shown.
6. Edtech
Edtech presents itself as a web design and digital marketing agency in Delhi and says 350+ brands trust it. Its homepage says its ecommerce solutions help businesses create, manage and grow online stores, from development to SEO, marketing and conversion optimisation. It also says its SEO targets Google and AI-powered search platforms. Paid marketing covers Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube ads.
Look at it if you're building or rebuilding a store and want the same company on marketing. The scope is wide, so ask how much of the team works on stores, and ask for a store case in your category. No prices are shown.
7. STS Digital Solutions
STS Digital Solutions describes itself as a web development and digital marketing agency, and says it has completed more than 1000+ projects with a team of 25+ developers, designers, strategists and marketers. Its ecommerce SEO line says it optimises product pages and site structure to grow organic traffic.
A match if you need a store build and organic growth from the same team. Ask how product page changes are tested, who writes the copy and what the monthly report shows. No prices appear on the homepage. Its site carries a notice about payment scams, so confirm every payment request through the official channel.
8. Sqroot
Sqroot says it specialises in optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads to lift ROAS, conversions and lead quality, and its page is aimed at D2C brands. It lays out four steps: audit and strategy, build and launch, test and optimise, then scale spend.
It's unusually open about money. Its FAQ suggests a minimum ad spend of INR 1L to INR 3L a month, and its free strategy session says you must already spend more than ₹3,00,000 a month on online ads.
Shortlist it if you spend at that level and want an ads specialist. Smaller stores should ask whether there's a lower tier.
9. Digistreet
Digistreet says it has 14+ years of running campaigns across industries, and its menu lists Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The menu is long: SEO including ecommerce SEO, social media, ad management, branding, video, web design and e-commerce solutions.
It also publishes an SEO plan finder and pricing calculator, and a performance marketing fee calculator for India. Its homepage says it works across cities and states. Use the calculators to get a rough number before you talk to anyone. Ask to see the pricing logic behind the calculators, and which ecommerce clients the account team has worked with.
10. Probey Services
Probey Services says it builds websites that are fast, secure and mobile-friendly, from corporate sites to e-commerce stores, and lists Shopify, Magento, Joomla, WordPress and Wix. It also lists mobile apps, AI SEO, PPC and social media, and a pricing page is linked in its footer.
Its homepage describes the team as UK-based in one place and India-based in another. Ask where the people who'd run your account sit.
It fits if your main need is a store build with marketing added. Ask who runs the ads and how it reports orders, since the homepage leads with web and app development.
How did we evaluate these agencies?
We read the homepage of each company on 8 October 2026. This was a research-only review. We didn't call the agencies, test their work or speak to clients, so nothing here says how good any of them is.
We looked at four things:
- Whether the homepage names ecommerce services
- Which channels it lists, such as ads, SEO, email and marketplaces
- What it says about pricing
- What it doesn't say, like a missing ecommerce page
Margo Digitech publishes this guide and placed itself first. Transcurators is second because online stores need written pages and writing is what it says it does. Items 3 to 10 appear in Google India results for this keyword, and their order isn't a ranking.
What should you ask any agency before you sign?
Ask who owns the accounts, how it reports and how it prices, because the answers separate agencies faster than their service lists.
Google's manager account help says an agency's manager account can be given ownership of a client account, and that users with admin access to a client account can end the link at any time. Create the accounts yourself and keep that admin access.
Ask for cost per order and return on ad spend, not clicks. Google's own example is a 500% target, meaning five rupees of sales for every rupee spent. Our guide to Google Ads vs Facebook Ads helps you judge the channel split.
Frequently Asked Questions
No neutral ranking exists, and any list reflects who published it. Ours puts Margo Digitech first because we publish it, then Transcurators, then eight names from Google results. Compare agencies on the same questions: what they report, who owns the accounts and how they price their work.
An ecommerce marketing agency is an outside team that markets an online store. It manages product listings, paid ads, search work, email and conversion fixes, and it answers for sales and cost per order. It differs from a general agency because it works from your catalogue and margins.
It can be, but profit depends on margin after ad cost. IBEF projects India's D2C market to grow at a 40% CAGR and reach US$ 60 billion by 2030, so more brands will chase the same shoppers. Work out your break-even return on ad spend before you scale spend.
Agencies set their own fees, and published numbers are scarce. One agency here lists SEO, PPC and social from $149 a month. Another suggests INR 1L to INR 3L of monthly ad spend. Ask for the fee, your ad spend and tax as three separate lines.
